A diligent screenwriter, So Hye writes a drama about cancer when she happens to be diagnosed with breast cancer and she learns she has five more months to live. She decides to live it, not to regret it and to do whatever she wants. As a workaholic, however, she commits herself to completing her last project, and then plans to go quiet. But Hae Sung, a famous star, and her first love, Suddenly, her plans come up and her plans fall through. That's why Hye is actively opposed to playing Hae Sung as the lead role in her latest drama. His stiff, robotic game and his constant nagging annoy them, and occasionally they have little fights. But on the way, they actually seem to fall in love. By now, Joon Ki was at her side, both as a doctor and as a friend. He knows that So Hye's cheerful behavior sometimes serves as cover for her secret burden. He knows her well and he has gone through it himself. Although he can not heal her, he wants to be her solid soulmate and face reality together. Joon Ki and Hae Sung fight for So Hye's love and with mixed feelings she is undecided. How can she decide when she has only a few months left? What is the best way to go without regrets?
