Synopsis Korean Movie Small Town Rivals

Set in a small rural town, Jo Choon-Sam (Cha Seung-Won) is a farmer who also takes care of his father. After the local village chief, Jo Choon-Sam is selected to take his place. When former classmate and now local magistrate Noh Dae-Kyu (Yu Hae-Jin) attempts to build a nuclear waste disposal facility nearby, rivalries and confrontations ensues.
