Old man Kim's bachelor boarding house, Haksagol, is occupied by famous young men of the university town. He established this house after the death of his only son. He screens his applicants rigorously and those who graduate from there are guaranteed a bright future. But even if one is accepted into this fraternal house, disobeying one of ten rules including no alcohol and no demonstration could get one kicked out of the prestigious residence. Jin Yeong, who finished at the top of her class this year, is a female student in disguise. She tries to conceal her identity to live in Haksagol.
