Sun-ho, a horn player from the Mansoodae Art Company, Pyongyang's state propaganda squad, is a man who has everything: he comes from a wealthy family and has a beautiful fiancé, Yeon-hwa. His world, however, turns upside down when the authorities discover a letter from his grandfather in Seoul. His family has to flee North Korea and they seek refuge in Seoul. Without money and friends, Sun-ho's only hope is to make enough money Yeon-hwa from North Korea to get.
