Synopsis Korean Movie Born To Sing

The TV show National Singing Contest is set to shoot in the city of Gimhae. Since the competition is known as a ticket for a star singer, many locals fight in the TV show.
Among the complainants is Bong Nam, a financially incompetent, socially awkward man who works during the day as an assistant in his wife's hair salon and as a personal driver for intoxicated business people at night. Bong Nams lifelong dream has always been singing. When he hears the news that the country's most popular singing competition is taking place in his hometown, he participates in the audition without informing his wife Mi Ae about it. But soon his impressive performance turns him into a talk of the town, and he becomes a star amongst the middle-aged women in the city.
