Two Korean ex-pats meet in Paris by chance. One is a small thief and would-be artist / painter Chong-Hae, the other a tough guy Hong San. Hong San rescues Chong-Hae in front of a gang of thugs and the two become friends. Chong-Hae and Hong San use an opportunity to do battle stunts on the street for money. A French gangster discovers them and recruits the duo as a hitman. While in Paris Chong-Hae falls Love with a statue performer and Hong San longs for the likes of a local peepshow stripper. After much backsliding and murder slump; The duo is at war with their gangsters and each other.
