Young, a "Bacchus Lady" (sex worker on the street in her 60s), is known to make it "so good she can almost kill you" among older men. This is their way of making a living. She lives a hard but peaceful life with her neighbors, such as her transgender hostess Ti Na, the poor figure artist Do Hoon, the half-Korean half-Filipino boy whom she met in a clinic and brought home unthinkingly Min Ho and others. One day she learns that Song, one of her regulars, had a stroke and when she visits him, he asks her to kill him. She struggles between guilt and compassion and finally decides to help him.
And so begins the story. As he follows the request of customers who want to stop living a hard life, So Young gets into a deeper chaos.
