Independent TV producer Shin Hye, self-confident housewife Mi Yeon, and single mother Hae Yeong are a close-knit group of over 40 friends who go through the ups and downs of their lives and love in modern Seoul.
After a drunken work party, Shin Hye spends the night with her much younger colleague, who later wants her relationship to be more than just a one-night stand. Mi Yeon likes to spice things up with her Husband, but she does not know that he secretly takes Viagra because her libido takes its toll. Meanwhile, Hae Yeong, whose adult daughter is still living with her, starts dating a carpenter.
