"Festival" is a romantic comedy about different couples from the same neighborhood told in a unique code.
Jang-Bae (Shin Ha-kyun) is a macho policeman who works against the corruption of public morals. His personal life takes a hit when he discovers a vibrator used by his girlfriend Ji-Su (Uhm Ji-Won). For this reason, Jang-Bae suffers a personal crisis and may cause the living friend and girlfriend to part company.
Sun Shim (Shim Hye-Jin) is the owner of a hanbok (traditional Korean robe) shop. She is graceful, but finds her personal life boring. It then begins with the help of Ki-Bong (Song Dong-Il), the owner of a hardware store, a secret private life. Ki-Bong brings Sun-Shim into the S & M world of whips and handcuffs.
Sang-du (Ryu Seung-Beom) sells fish sausages and has a bright character. The high school student Ja-Hae (Baek Jin-Hee) loves Sang-du and even breaks into his house.
