A modern day version of the Prince and Pauper. It is a case of mistaken identities when Yang Goo, an unemployed thug, and Ki Min, a medical doctor, on his way to the top are mistaken for one another after a freak accident. Ki Min goes on the run when he is believed to be Yang Goo, a murder suspect running from the law. And Yang Goo becomes a local hero in an island village as the Sky Doctor.
