Yeon, a single-woman, treats her depression and anger by starting a passionate relationship with a convicted man on death row. After discovering her husband's unfaithfulness, Yeon visits the jail, where jin known to be convicted is arrested. She has been following the news of his numerous suicide attempts. Despite knowing of Jin's crime, Yeon treats him like an old lover and puts all his efforts into his happiness, though she does not know him
