Synopsis Korean Movie A Light Sleep
A light sleep

16-year-old Yeo Lin used to have a boyfriend and a normal life, but everything changed when she lost her parents two years ago. To support her siblings, she sells her body. She carries wounds and responsibilities beyond her age and faces the cruel trials of love, friendship and premature adulthood. She does it all at an apparent distance. Always tired, Yeo Lin suffers from chronic insomnia and relies on medication to sleep. For Yeo Lin, sleep is an escape from which she wakes up too early. Directed by Lim Seong Chan, the indie drama "A Light Sleep", created in 2008, sensitively demonstrates the troubles a sleepless schoolgirl needs to grow up with too soon. The youthful newcomer Choi Ah Jin delivers a mature and compelling performance in the lead role.
