Kam Bo is released from prison after five years in prison for smuggling. He is looking for his accomplice Dong Il and his wife. Dong Il has cleaned up his old life and decided to start over. Kam Bo goes to the racetrack to kill time. However, a Hustler pickpocket, Kam Bo, becomes helpless when caught up by the force of Kam Bo. The two become friends. The hustler gives Kam Bo a clock. Kam Bo is unintentionally suspected of murder by the guard. Kam Bo and the Hustler poke their noses into the murder investigation as they seek to find out where the stolen clock is coming from. The parties behind the murder use a cute offending girl named Na Yeong as the front to take the case. However, Kam Bo escapes death numerous times to finally break his organization and clear his name.
