Kang Ae is a famous novelist and dramatist with a daughter in high school whom she loves very much. She hopes that Da Mi will have a good future by going to a good University and after graduation, getting happily married, unlike her mother, who was divorced ten years ago. The problem is Da Mi has other ideas. Not only does she continually disagree with her mother but she thinks her mother's life is tedious and out of date.
