Father Kim and Hyung Woo, a sixth year, travel together to the quiet village of Boriwool. Kim goes there to begin his priesthood as Pastor of Boriwool Church, Hyung Woo, to see his father Woon Ahm, who left his family six years ago to become a Buddhist monk. Hyung Woo feels awkward with his father and gets bored living in the countryside. Father Kim also finds some of his flocks right antagonistic to him. In the meantime, the village children trained by Woon Ahm play the church orphans in a football game. After the orphans are beaten loudly, Father Kim begins to train them. After a hard-fought return leg, the two teams fight together and challenge a team from the nearby town.
