Korea, the last divided country in the world, is in constant political and military tension with surrounding countries, especially with the North Korean nuclear issue. To prevent the second Korean War, the National Security Agency NSS exists on the Korean Peninsula. NSS Special Agents are trained specialists who would use all means to accomplish their mission. They do not officially exist and are not recognized or protected by the government. Although they are trained as cold-blooded killers, there is a taboo they can not avoid. That's love. Hyeon Jun (Lee Byung Hun) and Sa Woo (Jeong Jun Ho) are close friends and rivals of the 707 special forces. They are both recruited for NSS and quickly become the best of the best. Everyone with different secret tasks must soon move on different life paths and even against each other. In a world of conspiracy and betrayal, both fall on Seung Hee (Kim Tae Hee), the beautiful but deadly profiling specialist of the NSS. They are forced to make their final decision when they face each other in a nuclear terrorist attack and reveal Seung Hee's incredible secrets.
