Jang Gi Poong (Cha Tae Hyun) was spoiled by his grandfather. He is a big playboy who does not take anything seriously in life. All he needs is money. One day, his grandfather decides to donate all his money to the country and leaves nothing behind. He soon finds a check stating that a department store owes his grandfather money. But getting that money is not that easy. The president of The department store committed suicide because it could not handle all its debts. His daughter, Chae Rin (Ye Ji Won), becomes the president, but she does not know what she is doing. She is considering marrying her longtime fiancée Seung Woo (Ji Jin Hee) to bring the company of his father and her business together, but knows that her father and Seung Woo's father were enemies. She does not want to betray her father by giving up. Gi Poong pursues Chae Rin for the money and she really gets annoyed. Then she asks him for a favor by asking if he can pretend that she has already paid him. Then the other people she owes debt will think that now she has no more money to repay. In return, she will do her best to save the business and repay him. At first he hesitates, but then she grabs her suitcase and moves to him, so that he can keep an eye on her.
