As a fusion drama about the life of politician Kim Doo Han, the drama of facts and fictions tells the story of Kim Doo Han. Kim Doon Han is the son of the great general Kim Jwah Jin, who fought Korea against the Japanese during World War II. After his father's death, Kim Doo trains Han Kung Pao and learns to be a leader against the evil Japanese. He thinks his own position as head of the Jong Ro area in Seoul and promises to protect his own Korean people. Seoul boss Goo Ma Juk is fighting Kim Doo Han to hand over the entire Seoul area to Hyashi's Japanese refurbishment project. Hyashi himself is Korean, but ironically, he lives as a Japanese fighting his own people. Through these many obstacles, Kim Doo Han struggles to keep Korean culture alive and later become a politician after the Korean War.
