Yeon Woo grew up in a loving family. One day her father died mysteriously and her mother married a man ten years younger than she. Misfortune never comes individually. Her mother died of Wilson's illness and her stepfather ran away with money. Min Ho, an old friend of hers, is always there for comforters. Min Ho decided to become a police officer to catch a killer who had killed Yeon Woo's father, Eun Sup, returned to Korea for the sole purpose of preventing his lover Soo Ah from marrying, but Soo Ah directly denied him. To fix the matter, his father sent people to his hotel to catch him. He ran away from the hotel and accidentally fell on the subway line and became unconscious. Yeon Woo saw the whole scene on the platform and saved his life. Eun Sup asked her if he could temporarily stay in her apartment because he did not have a place to go to. So Yeon Woo, Min Ho and Eun Sup lived in a house.
