Lieutenant Kang Seok-min (Kwon Sang-woo) joined the navy to follow in the footsteps of his dead father, dreaming of becoming an admiral. At the hospital where Seok-min's sister, Soo-jin (Kim Jung-hwa), a young doctor who is still an intern, arrives, Seok-min meets Hae-rin, a doctor at the hospital. He tries to get closer to Hye-rin (Myung Sae-bin), but she has excluded others since her boyhood college friend died. Hae-rins senior from the The Seung-ha medical school, which is also the son of the hospital director, has fallen in love with Hae-rin since college days. He could only love her from afar, as his friend confessed his love first. After the death of his friend, Seung-ha plays the role of a guardian for Hae-rin just to win her love. Seok-min's honest yet impulsive behavior is thrown off Hae-rin. But since Seok-min has been involved in a critical situation at the naval base, Hae-rin is pulling her heart out for Seok-min.
