Kang Dal Go, a middle-class member of a Busan gang, is thrown out of the aisle after being investigated by the police and has to flee for his life. He hides in Seoul and is hired as a doctor at a nearby hospital, where he quickly collides with Kim Yoo Na, a dedicated and outspoken physician who criticizes his incompetence and lack of care. Gradually, however, the former gang member and the beautiful doctor falls in love with her arguments, to the dismay of Prosecutor Suk Hee Jung, who also persecutes Yoo Na.
