Lee Min Chul returns from his studies in the US to take an active role in his father's thriving music business, Victory Records. It turned out that his father was involved in unethical practices in the past, as well as in the murder of the father of Min Chul's stepbrother Sun Jae. Two girls from the orphanage, Yeon Soo and Se Na, who have a sisterly bond, come into the scene. Se Na get Inspired after a visit by the Victory Records boss at a charity event for pop star. Years pass and both girls arrive in Seoul to begin their lives as adults.
They are however separated. Yeon Soo finds a job at Victory Records, hoping to see him again someday, and is committed to the life of stepchildren Min Chul and Sun Jae. Yeon Soo and Min Chul agree that they will help each other's siblings. Yeon Soo joins Min Chul's house as a tutor for his younger sister Min Ji, and Min Chul will help Se Na achieve her dream of becoming a singer. A complex drama unfolds, both Min Chul and Sun Jae fall for Yeon Soo. Yeon Soo chooses Min Chul, but her love is threatened by a deadly disease.
