Jegal Tak is a cyclist majoring in physical education in college. He is a prankster and a reckless personality. Ultimately, the woman who owns the lodging house throws him out for blocking the studious atmosphere of the house. Tak goes to Seung Hun and Jun Hee, a married student couple he knows. He moves into a room in their house. Meanwhile, Lee Chung, a law student, falls in love with Oh Yeong Joo. Chung becomes the youngest person to pass the bar exam but his love with Yeong Joo ends in pain. Tak gets permission to move back to his original lodgings. With new resolve, he devotes himself to cycle practice and his studies. He then joins a national cycling event and pumps those pedals.
