Gwang-tae is pressured to settle his debt through a loan shark, and finally decides to sell his liver for cash. He asks his friend Gil-do for an arrangement and is contacted by Yakuza, who wants to save her dying boss. But Gil-do disappears with Gwang-tae's money, and Gwang-tae goes against the gang and says he does not go to Japan until he gets Gil-do. So Gwang-tae and the Yakuza persecution after Gil-do and in turn the loan shark chases them.
