Bin Ha, a poet, stands on a 20-story building in the center of a big city where glowing neon lights shine around him. He will kill himself by jumping for a failed love affair. On the roof there are also two thieves that night, Do Woo, a man, and Chae Min, a woman, waiting to make a robbery. By chance, they meet and carry on to talk about life, love, this and that. After a long conversation, the poet changes his mind so as not to kill himself. The thieves decide to steal nothing more. They are completely changed and vowed to undertake a new life journey. But the police finds Bin Ha's suicide letter on top of the building and begins the investigation. The media take history into their hands and sensitize them by endangering Bin Ha and the reformed thieves.
