This film is an action melodrama that describes the cruel case of a young man through hopeless dreams and purposeful love. Yeong Hoo wanders through the night streets of Macau, fiddling with 25-cent blue chips. She gives the lover of Min Sub an excessive amount of cocaine, and when she dies, the two men throw the body into the ocean. Three years later, Yeong Hoo returns from his secluded life. He does not wander the streets from Macao more. Yeong Hoo remains very close to Min Sub, without revealing his inner mind. In the meantime, Min Subs's half-sister Mi Ran returns punctually to read her father's will. Min Sub asks Yeong Hoo to monitor Mi Ran, but falls in love with Yeong Hoo, who tries to understand her seizures and promises to marry her.
