Kim Soo Hyun has always urged her daughter, Saet Byeol, not only to do well at school, but also to always achieve first place. However, the tragedy strikes when Saet Byeol is kidnapped and killed. Soo Hyun and her husband Han Ji Hoon have no idea who could have done such terrible things and why. Detective Ki Dong Chan tries to find the killer while Hyeon Woo Jin, the share a past with Soo Hyun and try to do what he can.
