Synopsis Korean Drama Star's Lover
Stern's lover

Lee Ma Ri is a top star in Korea and throughout Asia. The head of her management agency, Seo Tae Suk, hired a ghostwriter to change Ma Ris Image. Kim Chul Soo, the underserved university lecturer, takes on the job of earning money to repay his ex-girlfriend, who paid for his tuition. While in Japan, he falls in love with Ma Ri.
However, if the travel essay book "Lovers in Asuka", written by Chul Soo on behalf of Ma Ri, is a bestseller, Ma Ri gets into the controversy that has triggered the ghostwriting. The two lovers are trying to continue their relationship away from media attention, but there are numerous obstacles: Jung Woo Jin, the young man who persecutes Ma Ri; Ma Ris first love Kang Woo Jin, who suddenly disappeared from her life; Chul Soo's ex-girlfriend Choi Eun Young; and the manipulative Seo Tae Suk, who wants to control everything in Ma Ris's life.
